An excellent flying view of B-25G-10-NA, serial number 42-65128, showcases the standard features of this Mitchell variant. Notable details include the astrodome positioned above the navigator’s station, which was a common feature for this version. However, this particular aircraft lacks waist or tail gun positions, a modification seen in some other models. Additionally, the traditional two teardrop-shaped navigation lights—previously installed on the top and bottom of each wingtip in earlier Mitchells – were replaced by a single navigation light positioned at the very tip of each wing.
